[1695] Johnson is buried in the Bland-Raines cemetery in Bland Hills. He was an infantryman in the Civil War, in Company C, 62nd Regiment of the VA Infantry. He was captured and sent to Camp Chase OH and exchanged in October of 1864. He was described
as age 24, 5 feet 9 inches; fair ; gray eyes;; with light hair. From March 1864 to October 1864 he was imprisoned at Ft. Delaware.
